Waitlist Deposit
After you submit your application you will be taken to the Reservation Page to place a non-refundable waitlist deposit to be added to our waiting list.

You're On The List
Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, and the deposit is paid, you will be officially on our wait list for the breed of your choosing.

What happens next
What Happens When You're On the Waitlist
As litters are born, we go down our waiting list and those families are given first option before puppies are advertised. If you choose to pick from a litter when it is offered, an additional $400 fee is paid at that time to reserve your picking order or puppy in that litter.
When you decide to commit to a litter you will let us know then if you will be picking a male or female. The actual puppy won't be picked out until "pick day" at 5-6 weeks old, or on pick up day at 8 weeks old if the entire litter is reserved.
You will pick in the order of the wait list. For example the first family on the wait list will pick their puppy first, then the second family on the wait list will pick, and so on.
We can schedule your pick up appointment here in Wharton, TX. You can also arrange Transport via our Flight Nanny for an additional fee if needed. The remaining balance for the puppy is due at pickup or one week before transport.

Reserve
Reserve Your Spot on a List
Please complete our adoption application prior to placing a deposit. A $100 deposit will hold your place on the waiting list for an upcoming litter, with an additional $400 deposit paid when the litter is born and you commit to choosing one of the puppies. If the puppy or litter you are applying for is already born, the total deposit is due at this time ($500). These deposits go towards the total price of the puppy.

Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits and balances paid are completely non-refundable in whole or in part for any reason including but not limited to: injury, illness, unforeseen loss of income, business emergencies, family emergencies, etc. Please be aware of this before placing a deposit, and make sure you are ready and able to bring a puppy home!
Do You Need Your Puppy Shipped?
We work with a wonderful Flight Nanny who will pick your puppy up and fly with it directly to your chosen airport. Your puppy will fly in cabin with the nanny, who will meet you at the airport when the flight lands.
